He was instrumental in orchestrating the events of the 1983 NFL Draft—widely considered one of the most pivotal drafts in league history—during which he represented both Elway and Marino, guiding each through complex pre-draft negotiations that would impact the trajectory of their careers and the league.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Demoff earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California School of Law.
